4. Change the start date and the end dates, if desired, by default they are both set to
today's date. You can also specify a start time and end time, by default these val-
ues are set to span from midnight until 23:59.
5. The Calculate Dates option, when selected, provides a drop-down list from where
you can select a time period based on the number of days previous to today's date.
This is a quicker method than selecting a specific start/end dates.
