Setup Airlock
The airlock feature is only supported and built into the firmware of SCP and NXT Mer-
cury Powered controllers and is simple to implement on any job. The general principle of
the feature is that only one door can be opened at any one time. This means the two
doors must have door contacts installed and enabled in the software.
Door 1 will not open if the controller sees that the door 2 contact is open. Door 2 will not
open if the controller sees that the door 1 contact is open.
Here is how to setup the Airlock feature in Doors.NET using NXT-MSC controllers.
1. Ensure your Doors.NET license has Area Control enabled.
2. Area Control is also enabled on a per controller basis, so highlight the controller in
the hardware tree and in the properties scroll down to the Options. If you cannot
